- I’m an ordinary person who loves baking and cooking. The passion starts at early age when I always helping my mum making ‘kuih raya’. Due to work and life commitment, I only managed to attend these two courses last year, Certificate In Baking (Malaysian Institute Of Baking, September – November, 2008) and International Certification In Cake Decorating – Basic Level (Taylor’s College – November, 2008). I also attended other classes to build my confidence and sharpen my skill. Thank you to all especially to my beloved other half, gurus (Mr Don Yong and Pang of MIB, Chef Fatimah of Taylor’s College, Kak Ani of Resepi Noraini, Melinda of Apple Kitchen, Puan Nor of Nor Cooking Centre, Yasmin of Baking Project), never-met-in-person mentor, Lynn Hassan (I always admire your work), family and friends who always support me and making my dream comes true.
